WORKFLOW

• The first step is a personal consultation to discuss your project needs. Consultations are usually done by telephone, however may also be scheduled in person or by video-conference. Any project information that can be conveyed by email is helpful (e.g., client concept sketch, photo of product and/or container, etc.).
• Next, a written estimate is provided for client review and approval, which includes estimated cost, time-line for completion, proofing allowance and data required for project. Estimated cost is dependent upon scope of work.
• Upon approval of estimate, receipt of deposit and all project data, your project timeline begins. You will then receive first proof within the designated time-line, and the proofing process begins. Each round of proofing more finely tunes the artwork until it satisfies the project goals.
• After all adjustments and corrections are completed, the proofing process comes to a close and a final approval form is provided to sign and return.
• Upon receipt of signed final approval form and final payment, digital print-ready artwork is provided electronically via email or direct download link. Printing services are also available upon request.
